WHAT IS THE 90-DAY TITHE CHALLENGE?

The 90-Day Tithe Challenge is designed to encourage you to trust God with your finances.  Scripture instructs us to bring our “first fruits” to the Lord.  In regard to our finances, that means that before we spend on anything else, we are to return to God his portion. 

Tithing is an act of faith that shows #1- we believe all that we have belongs to the Lord, and #2- that we trust that He will provide all that we need.

To help you take that step of faith, we encourage you to sign up today to take the 90-Day Challenege and start tithing through Crossroads Church.  If, after 90 days, you are not convinced of the blessings that God adds to your life after tithing, we will refund 100% of your gifts – no questions asked.

We believe that you will be amazed to discover how much better you will live on 90% of your income with your faith in the Lord versus 100% of your income and just your own strength.  When we bring our first and best to God, He promises to bless the rest.

TERMS OF THE CHALLENGE:

1. I would like to test God’s faithfulness by participating in a 3-month Tithe Challenge with Crossroads Vineyard Church.  I agree to contribute a tithe equal to 10% of my household income to CVC for a period of three months or 90 days.  I confirm that my household qualifies for participation in the Challenge because my household has not been tithing to Crossroads for the past 6 months.
2. I agree to fill out the enclosed form with my personal information.  The day Crossroads receives this form will be considered the first day of my Challenge.
3. I understand that my tithes may only be paid by check, credit card or bank transfer (cash gifts are not considered eligible for the Challenge).
4. If, at the end of the Challenge period, I am not convinced of God’s faithfulness to bless my life as a result of my obedience to His Word, I am entitled to request a refund of the full amount of my tithes made during the Challenge period.  In order to request a refund, I must fill out and submit a refund form no later than the 30th day after my Challenge period has ended.  Refund forms can be requested from the Crossroads Office at [email protected] or 540-412-1718. 
5. I understand that if I start the Challenge after September 1 in a calendar year, and if I want to receive a refund of the tithes I contributed for that calendar year,  I must submit the refund form to the Crossroads Office by December 31 of that same calendar year.
